Coffee is about people. From farming and processing to roasting and brewing, many skilled hands are responsible for producing a single cup of coffee. It is this harmony that is our focus.
By visiting coffee farms, we determine their sustainability ourselves. We go beyond fair and give directly to the people who produce this extraordinary commodity. To demonstrate our gratitude we go to the countries, coffee farms, and families. We match dollars donated, and are able to build schools, buy supplies, and meet face to face. This is one of our greatest joys - another reminder of how small the coffee world is.
We immensely respect the global coffee community. Our immediate community, North Park is also an amazing source of innovation and positive energy. Whenever possible, we partner with other businesses, organizations, and schools. In the cafe and around the neighborhood, we are inspired.
